TechXpress are amongst the UK’s fastest growing technical courier companies; employing over 125 technical couriers and 150 technical UK based engineers on a daily basis. They hold major contracts with companies such as Concorde Logistics, Getronics, TNT, Wincanton Midi-data, Harvey’s Furnishings and many more. Their strong reputation has driven the company to grow into supply of deskside and break/fix IT engineering requirements, typically on aggressive service level based contracts such as four hour call to respond.
The Challenge...
Following a period of rapid growth, TechXpress sought the help of partner to assist them in reaching and exceeding their forecast supply of 360 engineers per day. They embarked upon a rigorous eview of the market, including a formal tender process of leading CT recruitment agencies. Concept IT was selected as the referred technical resource partner. They were felt to possess a unique IT Field Service focus and value added service that could fully support and compliment the Techxpress requirement.

The Experience...
To date, Concept IT have supplied TechXpress with in excess of 120 engineers. Requirements are satisfied at short notice - typically under three days and frequently within 24 hours. The engagement has been wholly successful and continues to support the future growth and transition of TechXpress.
